從18歲農會職員的一次接觸開始,鄭文乾先生看見食用菌栽培的可能,創立「豐年」,並以技術突破推動太空包,讓菇類走進日常餐桌。豐年從生產工廠走向生態農場,延續誠信、在地與自然永續的精神。如今二代以自家栽培靈芝入釀,結合豆腐乳的傳統發酵工藝,打造「芝釀豆腐乳」,將時間淬鍊成溫潤醇香,讓一口佐餐滋味,承載自然養生與日常美味。

Starting from a chance encounter as an 18-year-old farmers’ association employee, Mr. Wen-Chien Cheng recognized the potential of mushroom cultivation and founded “Fongnian.” Through technical breakthroughs, Fongnian helped advance sawdust bag cultivation and brought mushrooms closer to everyday dining tables.

From a production facility to an ecological farm, Fongnian continues to uphold the values of integrity, local roots, and natural sustainability. Today, the second generation carries this spirit forward by incorporating homegrown reishi into traditional fermented tofu craftsmanship, creating Lingzhi Fermented Tofu. Slowly matured through time, it delivers a mellow, savory depth—turning a simple daily condiment into a taste of natural wellness and everyday delight.

Concept

溫潤時光,釀造純粹

「芝釀豆腐乳」以低飽和色調作為包裝主視覺,描繪養生、溫潤且愜意的美味時刻。
柔和色彩如同時間靜靜沉澱,映襯豆腐乳經由發酵釀造後的醇厚層次,讓風味回歸最純粹、安心的本質。

包裝採用鏤空開窗設計,宛如打開一扇時間之窗,窺見豆腐與靈芝在釀造中慢慢轉化的過程,象徵發酵食品層層累積的風味變化。
視覺上結合靈芝、豆腐乳與自然食材插畫,將靈芝的珍貴滋養、豆腐乳的日常滋味,以及發酵的溫柔韻味融合其中,呈現一份兼具養生感與在地記憶的醇香美味。

一罐豆腐乳,匯聚時光的釀造;一口溫潤風味,承載天然食材與傳統工藝所醞釀出的純粹美好。

Warmth of Time, Purity in Fermentation

“LINGZHI FERMENTED TOFU” uses a soft, low-saturation color palette as the core visual language of the packaging, evoking a nourishing, gentle, and leisurely tasting moment. The muted tones reflect the quiet passage of time, echoing the rich layers of flavor developed through fermentation, while bringing the product back to its purest and most comforting essence.

The packaging features a die-cut window design, like opening a small window into time itself, allowing a glimpse into the slow transformation of tofu and reishi during the fermentation process. This symbolizes the layered complexity gradually built within fermented foods. Visually, illustrations of reishi, fermented tofu, and natural ingredients come together to express the precious nourishment of reishi, the familiar everyday taste of tofu, and the gentle depth of fermentation, creating a mellow flavor rooted in both wellness and local memory.
