Blossom chi 八蔘聚，就在這四季流轉的森林中誕生。

[ Blossom ] 花開的瞬間，也是料理在舌尖綻放的美好。
[ Chi ] 文化與言語的交會，讓味覺在此相遇。

Blossom chi 八蔘聚，不單是一間港式餐廳，而是一張為人們備好的四季的餐桌，邀大家齊聚一堂，與四季視覺與味覺對話，在這裡，味道就是季節，餐桌如是森林，每一道料理中，都是一份滋養心靈的相聚時光，

In Nantou, within the forested campus of National Chi Nan University, flowers and trees bloom in rhythm with the changing seasons.The romance of spring cherry blossoms, the radiant abundance of summer golden shower trees, the golden glow of autumn flamegolds, and the quiet resilience of winter plum blossoms come together to create a place where nature and human connection gently coexist.It is within this ever-changing forest of four seasons that Blossom Chi 八蔘聚 was born.

[ Chi ] A meeting point of culture, language, and taste, where flavors come together in harmony.

Blossom Chi 八蔘聚 is more than a Hong Kong-style restaurant. It is a seasonal table prepared for people to gather around.Here, guests are invited to come together and enter into a dialogue with the sights and flavors of the four seasons.Here, taste becomes the season, and the dining table becomes a forest. In every dish, there is a moment of gathering that nourishes not only the body, but also the heart.

At the table, we meet the landscapes of the four seasons. In every gathering, we allow our care for one another to bloom.

Concept

綻放之美

Blossom Chi 八蔘聚 的字首「B」 作為核心設計語彙，透過四個翻轉延展的 B，構築出一朵盛放之花的視覺意象。
弧形線條如花苞舒展為花瓣，象徵圓滿之意與綻放之美。

設計採四季花卉的概念，以四種不同季節的代表之花，對應四種代表花卉，翻轉交織成一朵四季的花語，描繪季節流轉之美。
這份「綻放」，不只是花朵的盛開，更象徵料理在舌尖上的層次綻放，以及人與人在餐桌而相聚圓滿的美好意境。

一個字母，綻放成花；一桌料理，凝聚成聚。Blossom Chi 八蔘聚，讓四季風景、風味與情感，在此相遇。

The Beauty of Blossoming

The initial 【 B 】 of Blossom Chi 八蔘聚 becomes the core visual language of the logo.Through four rotated and extended B forms, the design unfolds into the image of a flower in full bloom. Its flowing curves resemble buds gently opening into petals, symbolizing both completeness and the graceful beauty of blossoming.

Inspired by the flowers of the four seasons, each B represents a seasonal bloom. Together, they rotate, connect, and intertwine to form a poetic flower of the seasons, expressing the beauty of nature’s rhythm and the passage of time.

This idea of “blossoming” goes beyond the opening of a flower. It also reflects the way flavors unfold layer by layer on the palate, and the warmth of people coming together around the table in a moment of harmony and fulfillment.

One letter blossoms into a flower. One table gathers people into togetherness.
